I've ditched one of the 24" Dell monitors because my desktop died and was replaced with a MacBook Pro. But otherwise the steup is similar nowadays.

@Michael: the task chair is a Steelcase Leap http://bit.ly/Deol0 I highly recommend it for comfort and quality build for a desk jockey like myself.
The red/orange panels are actually IKEA fabric that was cut to shade off some of the bright light coming in. The home office is about to have a drastic makeover in the coming weeks, so I'll share the updated design soon!
