It's the Neo-flex yep, a great stand although not as flexible for if you want to adjust the monitor often. It's a 22" Dell display. To add a third display to the right, you'll need some additional hardware as an iMac only supports one additional display sadly.. I wish I could go up to 4 displays, really :-)
