a few lessons learned here: the laptop's monitor has all things related to communication and socialite software (adium, colloquy, tweetdeck, skype etc) its close enough to be handy but far away enough not to be distracting. Also, when I'm making music I just need to swivel the chair, the laptop monitor is in the perfect position as it is.
I've been dealing a lot with assembly code and such, the huge TI-92plus calculator is by far the quickest way to do a lot of number conversions on the fly, hence it's presence there.
Those are Boston 2.1 speakers. get them, they are $AWESOME.
Little USB mixer (left of the laptop) saves many audio headaches.
Post-its and 3x5 cards + corkboard = Priceless stuff (though corkboards are strangely expensive!)

I like it. What are those books and what's showing on your 'main' screen?

First one is an Assembly reference, then there's the Shellcoders Handbook, Database Hackers Handbook and then the 4 others (the ones with the little yellow rectangles) are the hacknotes series (linux and unix, windows, web and network security).

Oh man I love IBM keyboards, IBM keyboards are the only thing that would stop me from using the wireless apple keyboard.
