My wife uses the one of the left, I use the one of the right. We used to have separate offices but we decided to combine into one as we didn't want to be in separate rooms all the time. She also has a macbook through so she doesn't use the iMac too often. Plus, it is helpful for when we have out of town guests that don't bring a laptop.

I actually switched a lot of that a couple weeks ago, I need to post a new picture. I am now using a TwelveSouth BookArc, Logitech DiNovo and Logitech MX1100.

You mean the thing I mentioned in my comment that I wanted or the cable track on the wall? The cable management box I mentioned is at http://www.bluelounge.com/cablebox.php . The track on the wall is just from home depot. It is ugly but that wall is an exterior wall and it was built in a way that I couldn't run cables through it so it was my only option if I wanted to use that wall.
