The monitor on the left is a HP Vista desktop. The other two monitors are connected to a 13" unibody MacBook. There's a Samsung Q1 Ultra above the center monitor. I'm using Synergy to control all 3 computers with the Apple keyboard and Logitech mouse.

That is a really nice setup thanks for sharing, also you have to love Synergy it makes life so much easier.
