Nice setup. I wish I have space for a desk like that. Is that the Arc Mouse?

Profile photo for

Thanks. It is a big desk, i managed to get it in with about 2cm to spare. Yep thats an Arc, wonderful mouse.

You have an Alienware laptop just for msn.
Wow.
Jealous.

Profile photo for

I couldnt fit it on my other screens, so i thought, more screen and more power = another alienware lol.

Profile photo for

You can get 22" screens for <£100 now though.
Haha, I am sooo jealous.

Wow you like Alienware, have to admit I don't think I will build my next PC (to much hassle) will go Alianware!

This is what i like to hear!!! Alienware are superb; they're reliable, powerful and in my opinion they have the best customer service on the planet.

Awesome desk, i wish i have the workspace like you

Profile photo for

powerful.. but if you are playing games and I assume you do.. doesn't look like you have much room for the mouse on the right there.

Profile photo for

Thanks, the picture is decieving, there is a fair amount of room and the mouse pad is adequately sized. Plus I use a belkin n52 game board for gaming so the keyboard gets put behind the monitor.

nice gaming setup.

Lol... wow... expensive stuff I take it?
Although alienware is usually pretty expensive for the parts they put in.
You could build the same machine yourself for cheaper often.

Profile photo for

@ Xander, I know I could build them for cheaper but I just love the look of Alienware machines, especially my M17x, its the best looking laptop ive ever seen. So to me, that little bit more money is worth it :)

Profile photo for

Glad you have that much lol.
I couldn't afford Alienware... it'd bankrupt me lol.

Very nice setup, Michael! I'm also a big fan of Alienware. Hopefully the mailman will bring my m17x!

Xander, why must you bring up money? It's annoying to have someone pointing at something that belongs to you because of it's cost. Not the first post I've read of yours ragging or commenting on someone's belongs because of it's price tag. Not cool.

@Michael...LOVE the wall mounted display and black curtains! Love the lighting. 5 stars!

Profile photo for

@Saad...Thank you, i love those curtains :) not a spec of light gets in. Thats the first time ive wall mounted a tv and i have to say, its the way forward, a tv can take up soo much space, same with monitors.

oh my goodness. This is the epitome of geek heaven. only in my geek lair I would have to add in one more screen for the desktop. otherwise I am watering at the mouth.

Hey what's up? You asked me about the specs of my m17x. I OC'd my q9000 and scored a hair under 12000 in the 3DMark Vantage. Dual GPU's scored just under 10000 which is normal. Check out my desk when you can, uploaded a better pic.
