@Ryan Hey man - Honestly - i WISH i had a desktop and a laptop setup - but im currently based out of Cairo (not my hometown) so i need to be mobile pretty much all the time... So until then - plugging into an external monitor is absolutely necessary (i have one at work and at home for whenever i want to do serious work).
The monitor is an LG 23 inch

Thanks Daniel - now the only trouble i have is with KEEPING it clean :)
The speakers are Creative 4.1's - nothing special you should be able to pick them up cheap at any computer mall...

NICE desk - gotta love the white desks with the mac - are you running a desktop machine on that monitor or is it being powered by the macbook?

I used 3/4" MDF and then put arborite on the top.

I made brackets that add a lot of weight behind the monitors to hold them in place.

Do you have a blue print of that desk. I would like to build myself one of those. I really like the design of the desk and the amount of space it has. It keeps everything neat and tidy. Thanks.
