This is my (home) office setup. It is the only workplace I have! Macbook in the middle hooked up to the monitor next to it! Look at my other desks to get the piture of the new one!
I am planing on running 3 screens (add one more 23" to my already 23" + 13") but to do that I need to get an USB to DVI adapter (currently searching one cheap which is compatible with Mac OS X)
The raised monitor just left (today in the morning!)
And about the Chair I have one additional (you can see it on the old pictures) but I moved the chair out of the picture this time! And I think I need to add that sitting on the round one is just awesome (not to relax but if you need to get work done its good for your back).
yeah it is a bit high but it doubles as a TV for shows and whatnot so it needed to be a bit higher. I also thought the height would affect me in like neck issues but it's easy to get used to. The setup is actually quite comfortable with the right-height chair. Screen centered, other monitor slightly down and keyboard at a relaxed length away.
And yeah I love my fair share of music so angling the piano towards me makes for easy access when tunes pop in my head.

I like the TV in the center. But isn't it to high to look at comfortably?

This awesome. I'd get a better chair, though, and lose the raised monitor, heck, run dual screens! The desk is big enough, so why not? ;p
