@Charlie & @Gustaf: Thanks! We walk around enough — to trigger inspiration and "talk" trough e-mail and such — to watch outside the window, and there is a window (a not viewable from the pictures) on the other side. The glare is manageable, however we'll wonder what summer is gonna be like, haha!
I looks like the monitor on the left is connected to MacBook under the desk board. Does the MacBook stays there permanently or you set and remove it regularly? It would be great if I can easily set/remove one for myself.

Is the cinema display connected to the iMac?
